Answer :  (a) 50°







\( 70^\circ + 90^\circ - x = 90^\circ \)

\( x = 70^\circ \)


\( 90^\circ - \theta + 70^\circ + 70^\circ = 180^\circ \)

\( 90^\circ - \theta = 40^\circ \)

\( \theta = 50^\circ \)
