\( \mu = \dfrac{0.2^\circ}{\theta_{w_{\text{water}}}} \)


\( \theta_{w_{\text{water}}} = \dfrac{0.2^\circ}{\mu} \)


\( = \dfrac{0.2^\circ}{\tfrac{4}{3}} \)
